stepper driver controller

help
i bought a hobbycnc 3-axis driver board put it together wired the
motors in loaded turbocnc software this is a (unipolar card)hooked up
a at computer power supply powered up nothing happens,the stepper
motors get hard to turn but they dont turn by the software,i changed
the parallel port card but that didnt do any thing....i'm very new at
this cnc thing can someone help me,the guy from hobbycnc wont help or
even e-mail me back....
