Well I submitted some another board to Alberta Printed Circuits. This
time I looked at my drill rack and drill file the cam processor created.
By identifying the hole locations on the board in a Gerber preview
program I was able to come up with a drill rack list that fit their
standard drill rack. I gave this list to them in the notes of their
APClient software. They substituted the drills for me and created a
great set of boards. Since I live within 10 minutes of their shop I pick
the boards up myself, no shipping incurred.

I must say that the previous experience was my mistake, most importantly
I have learned from it. Hopefully no one else will have to learn by
repeating my mistake.

Alberta Printed Circuits provide an excellent service once you know how
to set up your files, and that isn't rocket science either. I must say
sending a set of files in on the weekend and having the boards on
Tuesday is a real pleasure.
