Thanks John,

I will try to answer what I can.

When you watch the video the last part of it when it's machining the
dragon you will notice that it's moving fast. I made a mistake in
the CAM program. I meant to set the IPM to 30 and I did so but there
was a little box above that one that wanted to know the format (IPM,
IPF, IPS etc). Well I did not notice that it was on "inch per
second" IPS. When this posted to the G-code it had the feedrate
command at 1500 or something like that. When I started the finish
cut in CNCPro I noticed how fast it was moving but decieded to let it
go. Lucky for me I only have a P133 laptop running CNCPro. It is
limited to how many pulses it can deliver to the Gecko drives.
CNCPro was reading 131 IPM on the flat portion of the part. I can
get even higher IPM if I had a faster computer but I figure why? it's
running fast enough to scare me!!

The servos are rated at 460 OZ/IN peak. But I have them on a 2:1
ratio which slows them down but makes them stronger.

I don't know what the RPM of the servos are capable of. They are of
course a DC motor, if you take away the encoder and apply power they
should turn at a good clip.
