Afraid not. There is a slow start to port the handbook over to a more
portable medium so that pdf and html versions can be created quickly.

At present, your alternatives are :-
a) Print out the HTML pages in postscript and convert to pdf.
b) Join in and help port the handbook into LyX.
c) ?
