EMC/Servo to go installation update

Well, I have the STG II in and running the machine!
All axes move in the commanded rate and direction.
Using the latest BDI- EMC_RUN.
The only problem I have left so far is the homing. When
homing the axis it blows right through as if the home switch is not there.
Home switch and encoder index pulse are verified with
the STG diagnostic program.
Have tried:
-axis cycle times down to 0.0001 (locks up at that point)
-flipping home switch polarity in the .ini
-slowing down home velocity to .01
-several different drivers such as stg8mod.o and stg2mod.o
A search of the nist archives show that this has been a reoccurring problem
with the STG II card and EMC. I think
Matt Shaver first noticed it when he tried to change out a
I card with a II.
Any ideas?
