The "black box" project (G2002) is going full tilt. I have someone I
am collaborating with that will be doing the front end in Dynamic C
and also a Win GUI.

For my part, I have circular and linear interpolation running right
now. Everything that I am doing is in assembly language.

We've settled on 6 axies, an I/O card with a bunch of general purpose
inputs and outputs, A/D inputs, quadrature inputs, etc.

The interface will be Ethernet and/or RS-232.

It's a big, time consuming project so it won't be ready until late
this fall. We're look at $50 an axis and the axis cards are pluggable
so you only put in as many as you need.
