black box project listing ?

Is there of the items and their related importance for he Black Box
Project ?
In searching for my own cap, and reading the posts of late, it seems
there are some repetitive problems. Some go away with a little more
design. Kind of like the guy who wants to design a circuit to use a
lower voltage cap, reminds me the variable speed drive. Ton's of
electronics to get a result, when someone else says, just change the
pulley !
I'm wondering if boosting the 80 VDC to 90 VDC to let a common and
easily found transformer be used ?
The only post in the files section is a note that there will one day
be stuff there.
Maybe one of you secret op's project engineers (not the John Nash
types ) could post a listing of the must have - may have things that
are going to be considered ?
