centroid card

I picked up some 625oz steppers surplus and they came with a centroid
4 axis card cpu7. Does any one have experience with this card or
system? I have looked at the function of the chips and it looks like
it is controlled with "c" language it would fit in an IBM
motherboard. I am currently fighting with a windows system Kcam works
most of the time but takes off every once and awhile and would like a
more consistent controller.
Any good sign software out there?
