I believe that Millwizard has the same 4 tools that StlWork has. I
also believe that even though Gibbs allows you to select different
profiles for your tool, that there is some question about it's
actually using the complex tool profile for 3D cutting. Something
about "pretty pictures that may not look like the part". ;-) This
has been reported to me, but so far I have not found anyone that has
actually used it that can confirm that is what it does.

You might be able to use StlWork with Vector Rotary to cut 3D
models. We added an OD spiral to StlWork2 earlier this year. The
spiral is output by stlwork as a 3D DXF file. It is a continuous
spiral that is compensated for the tool radius. Vector turns this 3D
toolpath into rotary axis G-code. If you have another program that
can produce 3D rotary code (not the simulated Y axis substitution
kind) you could also use Stlwork2 with that, instead of Vector.
