Is there an excellent windows based software for 2-3 axis

hi all...

is there a window software out there...that can do an excellent
job... and is user friendly...and can control gecko drives hooked to
steppers? if so who is the best...and how much does it cost?

i sure could use some help here from u guru's... i am really
confused...there seems to be alot of software out there.
