Hand Controller for CNC

Hello I'm new to this group
I would like some suggestions or information regarding a hand
controller that can be interfaced to a Galil card. I currently have a
Bridgeport that was modified with a Galil card and CNC control
software which allows you to program the inputs and outputs. I have a
number of inputs (TTL/and Opto) and some outputs that are available.

General control would be Feed, Speed, Hand wheel,Axis select, and
Increment select.
If you can suggest or recommend an affordable unit either fully built
or kit form, I would appreciate.
