Hand controller

Would like some suggestions or information regarding a hand controller
for a CNC Bridgeport. I currently have a Galil card interfaced to a
CNC software package. It allows me to program the I/O
(inputs/outputs) and integrate this into the gcodes. I would like to
know what hand controllers are available to interface to TTL inputs?
I'm looking for handwheel (pulse), Speed and feed controls, Axis and
increment control. If you can suggest a fully built unit or a kit
form, I would appreciate this. Please refer me to a website or email
