Orac Lathe "converter"

John He.,
I saw a reference to an Orac CNC lathe. I wrote a program that will
take G-code from programs such as Bobcad/VectorCAD and convert that
directly to the Orac machine.
I took some CNC classes at a college that had 6 of these machines.
So, instead of learning to program them by hand, I wrote this program
and did my drawing/programming in Bobcad.
Oh, the manual is not complete but good enough. Also, be sure to
test out the programs before you run them, as some CAD packages make
short ARC moves that drive the Orac crazy (like it makes them crash
or go really slow). Also, on the Orac, the control was originally a
mill controller not a true lathe controller so the Arcs are actually
backwards from industry standard.
Hope this helps.

PS The program is called Orac_CNC and requires Win95 or higher.
