RasterFratz / Making GCodes cheaply?

There is a demo I think, it's right up in the top left hand corner, click
download. You have to fill out a little form first, which is what I'm doing
right now.

While we're talking about it, what is the very easiest, I think I mean
cheapest which is rarely the same thing, way of making GCodes to run my
lathe on? And no one say type them out in notepad! : ) I am not looking
to buy any £1k CAD package at the moment, particularly when all I'm cutting
are very simple shapes. I only need to generate the GCodes and then I can
use a program I was sent by Bruce to send them on to my machine's
controller.
