Using Vector CAD/CAM w/Master5

Hi Folks,

I am trying to use Vector CAD/CAM w/Master5 (but you know that from
the title of my post). I had read a post that said I need to use the
emc.cfg file that is in Fred's post for the discounts for this
group. The link for the EMC Vector configuration file points to:

http://www.vectorcam.com/emc.cfg

That page cannot be found. So does anyone know where I can find this
file?
