I was the person who offered the archives for download.
I offered to make the extract available if someone else would host it. I did
not get any takers due to the size.
Since then, I created a PDF version of the extract. The PDF version of the
archive is split across 13 quarterly files as follows:
1. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 1999 Q2.pdf
2. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 1999 Q3.pdf
3. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 1999 Q4.pdf
4. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2000 Q1.pdf
5. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2000 Q2.pdf
6. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2000 Q3.pdf
7. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2000 Q4.pdf
8. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2001 Q1.pdf
9. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2001 Q2.pdf
10. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2001 Q3.pdf
11. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2001 Q4.pdf
12. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2002 Q1.pdf
13. CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO 2002 Q2.pdf (incomplete)
I also created an Adobe master index for these files that enables searching
for information across all of the PDF files.
The timing of your question is funny because I just got a new ISP to host my
company's web site. I was planning to put the files on this new server over
the next couple of days.
I have not had a chance to Proof read the files yet. I would like to have a
couple people look it over before I put it on my site. If there are any
volunteers, please contact me off list.
Sincerely,
Ken
P.s. My extract is a strait extract. No censoring or changes.

There have been many flurries of discussions regarding the archiving of
this forum. On at least one occasion, I recall that someone mentioned that
they had done this and would make files available for download.
I am curious to know the disposition of this and what help may be needed to
make the archive available.
