toolpath program

hi

I have just finnished my mill drill conversion to cnc using emc to
drive it and i am looking for some rcomendatioions on toolpath gcode
generating programs to use i have seen some software that puts the
toolpath in from right to left and then front to back but wont follow
a circle around it raius which is what i want it to do
most of my files will be created in rhino
