AutoCAD should be able to do this - just change the units multiplier in
your current dim style (use
the ddim command and then update the dimensions) and change the suffix.
Acad can also put the
primary dimensions in Imperial and then put the metric value after them
in brackets, or vice versa.
It should be possible to write a utility to do this, if you have lots of
drawings to change,
for one or two it is probably easier to do this by hand.
