I found the NTE1736 which subs. for the STK6982B
if that will help. No data sheet though. Should have the pin-out
in the hard copy NTE book.
It looks like NTE took over the ECG stuff.

The following is from the IC Master Site, but nothing on the STK6982H2
though.
