This list is for discussion of CAD, CAM(CNC), EDM and DRO ONLY. The list is
aimed at the construction and use of this equipment in a HOME SHOP MACHINIST
environment. It is not moderated normally, but can be, especially for
content. I would hope that the discussion will consist of Links, sources,
progress reports, challenges, innovative solutions, and things of this
nature, on the above FOUR subjects. It not aimed at the commercial
professional systems, and their users in a commercial setting.
NOTICE!!! LIST RULES, SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Arguments, OT postings, Flaming and Piracy not allowed. Banning will
result. NOTE: This is not a general machining List. It is restricted to the
four subjects of the list only. CAD, CAM(CNC), EDM and DRO. The list is
strictly for the "Do It Yourself Bunch"Anything else is considered SPAM.

me with your ARGUMENTS/comments.

If you are asking on help on a subject, please include the relevant
information in that request, machine, operating system, software, be specific
and give the list the things they need to answer you. ("What is the best
Machine/Cad/Cam/etc." ) is not a really good question, because we need to
know what why and how you are going to use the information.
If you are getting the digest form, PLEASE EDIT, and remove the digest and
number from the subject line, and replace with the actual subject, when
answering.
If you are quoting/answering a long message, please trim it to remove all the
footers and unneeded content. Cut and paste and then your answer works good.
At the bottom of every emailed message there is a list of addresses, use them
to unsubscribe, contact Tim or myself.
Arguments about politics, religion, commercial businesses, viruses, operating
systems are not appreciated and are considered SPAM.
A reminder all new members are on a moderated basis for first one or more
messages, this stops a lot of SPAM TO THE LIST. Only post one time, I will
approve the post as soon as I can, but sometimes I have a life also.
Helping by doing some of the above, will make the list more helpful and
enjoyable to of us that are trying to build or modify a system.
