Opinions vary, but if you are planning a conversion with EMC or similar you
might
consider something like:

CNC LATHE CONVERSION USING A PERSONAL COMPUTER BASED
MOTION CONTROL

Because all cnc uses computers... cnc means "computer numerical control"
or similar so saying "converting to computer numerical control with a
computer"
might be a little redundant. But- what do I know.... I only had one
technical writing
course in engineering school.
