I expect that he'll have to boot MS-DOS from a floppy, use fdisk
to clear the partition table and re-allocate the dos partition, then
reformat the ms-dos partition. Don't forget the "/s" switch when
reformatting the new dos partition or it won't be bootable.

Strange what you can remember...

Ah, yes! The problems in making assumptions.
I assumed, that the user was familiar with DOS/Windows installation
procedure.

IF he isn't, then he shouldn't be trying this anyway --- have it done.
