W98 Shutdown

Arne - Have you considered using PC Anywhere? You can connect to any
other machine on the network running PC AnyWhere Host and do just about
anything you want to on it. As a network administrater, I have used this
frequently to administer the work-stations on the network from my office
or home after hours. If this is of interest to you, I can provide
