Crusader Series M Controller

Greetings,
Does anybody on the list have experience setting up a Crusader Series M
Controller to receive G-Code from a PC? If so you are welcome to email me
off list.
For the most part - me and two colleagues of mine, are likely on the ragged
edge of having it working but we are having a problem with the "2701 & 2711"
codes to get it to send or receive through a RS-232 connection. To save
time / effort I'd be happy to call anybody on my nickel who might help and
could spare a few minutes.
