CNC Programming Manuals/Books

I remember seeing a thread about "CNC Programming books" a few months
ago.



But the phrase 'good book' doesn't help with the yahoo message archive
search. And 'book' brings up messages that don't even contain the word
book.



[btw, is there a message archive of all previous posts, so I don't use
yahoo's search?]



I remember seeing a book and it's website that had downloadable g-code
examples. The main page of that webpage listed services, such as
machining and cnc programming. One of the g-code examples was a dome
produced from a square block. I'm wondering if anyone could be kind
enough to post the URL.



Also, does anyone recommend any books or tutorials that deal with a
rotary axis/A-axis?
