g02 g03 interpolation

Hi, All
I'm having problems with when using g02 g03 with deskwinnc,
It's like it add or subtract a couple os steps when using
interpolation, it does ok if I use line segments instead of
interpolation,
I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
It looks the files are ok the problem might be at the controller it
self or at the pulse generator from deskwinnc.
I'm using the 2amps camtronics board.
