My fault--after uploading the Moglice manual the free space was down to
about a megabyte give or take. I will take down the PDF this afternoon.

The original PDF is at http://www.moglice.com, which was having web server
problems last week, but it is accessible now. If you click on the book
cover on their homepage, you're taken to a "registration" screen that asks
your name, address, etc. in order to download the file. You can leave it
blank and just hit "submit," but if you give them your info they will send
you a nice printed copy on good paper, along with the current price list
(which isn't in the PDF.)
