Re: BUFFERS small caveat

You may want to consider using the ACT logic family (I think) I seem
to remember I got in trouble once because I used HCT with the ||
port, which I believe uses TTL levels: high > 2.4 volts, whereas CMOS
needs > 4.5 volts for a high.

Of course I may be mistaken as it was some number of years ago, but
it's always good to make sure you know which logic family you are
using and why. If in doubt consult your friendly neighborhood
digital design engineer.
