Unfortunately I am unable to reach the CCED list right now, due to computer
problems. When a person joins the list they are monitored for the first post
or sometime more, to be sure they are not spammers.
However from what I understand there are many reasons why a post can be
delayed, as they can go thru many sites before they get to Yahoo. I don't
have any idea why your posts would take that long, maybe others can help. I
have had posts from myself back in minutes, and a couple of times in hours.
