Tap Burner-Uni-tec mod. 300

Hi, anybody know what fluid to use in a Model 300 Uni-Tec tap burner?
Doesnt look like they used water. Only instructions on machine is"for best cutting speed use 60 amps or less" Its a 120 volt 30 amp single phase ac machine. Anyone have a maintenance manual? Thanks Brian F.
