The code is too simple to need me to give it to you, but I will describe it
for everyone. I started with a 0.560" diameter solid round bar chucked in a
3-jaw chuck. I spun it on the lathe to true it relative to the chuck and
shaved about 0.005" from the diameter and faced the end. I then unscrewed
the check from the lathe and mounted it on a vertical rotary table on my
mill, leaving the bar in the chuck. I then wrote a program to remove 0.075"
from the top of the bar to make a flat on one side. Then rotated the table
90 degrees and repeated until four sides were done.

The end of the bar is now square with a side length of 0.410". I measured
from the end of the bar and from the side of the bar to pick up center
0.205" away from both edges. With a 0.100" 4-flute flat bottom endmill, I
then programmed a circular cut with a 0.117" radius to a depth of 0.080",
then a circular cut with a 0.067" radius to a depth of 0.102", and then a
circular cut with a 0.032" radius to a depth of 0.132".

This was repeated for the four sides accessible using the rotary table.

The bar was then unchucked and cut-off in the lathe, slightly over-length.
It now was a cube with four sides cut-out and finished. The last two sides
were cut by holding in a vice and first cutting the face down to the proper
height and then repeating the circle milling from before. Flip it over and
repeated.

The radius values give are the tool path radius and not the final cut radius
which will be 0.050" bigger with a 0.100" endmill.
