Maybe... My dad always said, don't tell anybody all you know, 'cause
they'll be smarter than you, 'cause they'll know what they know AND
what you know, and you'll only know what you know! Sometime back, I
posted a neat sizing approximation for transformers. I've also got a
neat BASIC language 'build' in the window program. Mostly just stuff
relating to transformers. I was an engineer for about 8 years, in the
'80's. Do you understand how the formula was derived?
Speaking of secrets, how many of you folks ever heard of "The Secret
Guide to Computers" by Russ Walters? Big, 8.5 x 11 format, about 600
pages, about $16.50 USD/ea, or $14.00/ea for 2 (postpaid, USA), even
more discounts for higher numbers. I think it's extra $2.00/book,
postpaid around the world. Also NO copyright problems... You can copy
the whole book and sell it if you want it (you have to tell him what
you're copying). He'll even give free technical advice 24/7, if you
call him. He lists his phone # in the book. Go to
http://www.secretfun.com for more details. A bookstore can make some
real big bucks re-selling his book at the discounts he offers!
