Hi,
Help! After much time with R14, still having problem with printing
using Windows default printer on A4 paper.
Previously, what I do when I when I want to print to scale is first
draw a rectangle, first corner (0,0) other corner (285,195). Zoom
extent. then scroll so that left side of rectangle is flush with left
side of computer screen. Then I make sure everything I want printed
is within that rectangle. Works everytime.
I have drawn a diagram to scale on my personal computer as above,
check with file>print preview to make sure that what will be printed
out is what I want (all within the rectangle). Saved the file on a
floppy, saunter to the computer with a HP laser printer. Now when I
preview the file, what I see is only less than the bottom left quater
of the rectagle, that is, point 0,0 is somewhere near the upper right
corner of the paper.
I have tried to go to
Tools>preferences>Printer>modify
and set scale 1=1, etc, zoom in, zoom out, etc, NO LUCK.
What have I missed out?
Thanks.
