For the sake of simplicity I figured you could just solder in the
appropriate resistor. Alternately, you could solder a 2 position
header socket into the resistor's position and have the ability to
plug in different resistors. As I mentioned in the description, I
haven't reached the "polished" product stage, I just want to see if
it works. Along the same lines, there are no opto-isolators and
other goodies either.

Something like $15 each for the bare PCB, less if I can be sure I can
unload a larger quantity. I'll have a few boards available from this
first run (if there are no fatal flaws). After that I'll decide if I
should order more exactly the same or develop the design further.

True, they are pretty solid... I had hoped they might be useful
because I have access to about 80 similar parts (w/o flanges).
