As far as I have heard, ALL Autodesk products can not be resold for any amount. They are just yours and you are stuck with them. May as well throw them away. Dont dare give them away either. It came
up in one of their groups once and was confirmed by an insider.

New, Unused, sealed... Never registered ??? Might be different in that case. I'd check to be sure.
