True as described, but fully floating nuts can be rigged that do not have
the above problems. For one, nut is cross-drilled and pinned from each side
into a carrier. Carrier is also cross-drilled at 90 deg to first pins and
pinned into a second carrier. All items are in same plane. All pin fits are
line-to-line but not tight. This allows side float and to boot allows
angular float.
