Try www.digikey.com search part on: 4001 and select digital gates.
Here's the full link, but yahoo will amngle it into 2 lines, so
copy it into notepad and make it back into one line, then paste it
into your browser. (RadioShack may still carry the CD4001 which
should work unless this is a really high speed circuit.)
