There never was a NIST manual on the EMC. There was a web page that
described the history of the project and some of the capabilities. Most
of that has migrated to www.linuxcnc.org/handbook. There is also a links
page at www.linuxcnc.org that points at several others who have prepared
web pages that describe what they have been able to accomplish with the
EMC.
