Eagle outline question about milling printed circuit boards

I'm using outlines.ulp to make outlines so I can mill boards for my
mill. Problem is, the bottom outline is created as viewed from the top.
I can add code to my HPGL to gcode converter to mirror the whole file,
but I'll have to origin at the upper right of the board, and that
introduces another possibility for error. Anyone know how to make it
create the file as it should be?
