Mounting a DRO on a Rong-Fu RF-45

This may be a bit off topic, but at least it does concern a DRO.

Does anyone have any tips on mounting a Shooting-Star DRO on a RF-45?
I'm sure I can figure out the XY part of the thing but haven't come
up with a mounting method for the Z that I'm completely happy with yet.
