NSK Ballscrew N3208WF25P 00F4-0059
Pulley shaft dia 5/8", 20mm Bearing surface, 1.25" screw dia, ball
nut is 2.72 OAL, ~2.6" wide, and ~2.07 thick including the ball
return tubes. OAL of the entire screw is 39 3/16" and the useable
thread is ~32". The lead appears to be 0.3" per rev. The opposite end
of the leadscrew is machined in 3 steps 1", 5/8", and 12mm The
included thrust bearing mount and bearings were removed and
disassembled for these pictures. The thrust bearing housing is custom
machined from stainless steel with a stainless steel threaded
closure. There are 2 oil seals, one in the housing and one in the
closure. there is also an internal O ring seal. The thrust bearings
are the real deal, they are Barden L078HDF750 Made in the USA Thrust
bearings. Here's your chance to get a nice sturdy ballscrew and
thrust bearing housing and bearings for a fraction of the cost of the
bearings alone ($318.88 each)
