Both of the products you mentioned are Controller programs that are
made to take a finished CAM file and drive the motors. I have used
both and settled on the Master5/Mach1. If you want to modify cut
order, add lead-in and such then you probably need to be looking at
CAM software. This seems to be the area of biggest debate on the
list since it probably is the most subjective in nature. There are
dozens of programs and they run from FREE to big $$$$. Go back
through some of the recent older messages and try some of the
suggested demo's.

CAUTION: You will have to invest a lot of time in evaluating and
learning a CAM program. Each one does things differently and is
aimed at specific segments of the CAM user market. Hang in there!
