TurboCAD modeling with CAM in mind

I have a model made from points digitized with TurboCNC. At the moment,
it's a series of horizontal (mostly) lines, with displacement in Z. I'm
in the process of going over each line and using the 3d polygon tool to
snap a vertex to each vertex of the line segments.
My eventual goal is to be able to render the part so I can smooth out
any bumps and snags. When that is complete, I'll need to run it through
some type of (free/really cheap/hire it done) CAM processor to generate
NC so I can cut it on my little mill.
Any help on how to proceed? I suppose the first order of business is
converting from a series of polys into something solid the renderer can
render.
Also, is there a way to delete or insert nodes in a 3d poly? There are
no options for it in the right-click menu.
Thanks in advance!

JJ
