Sorry I didn't respond to this earlier. I fix a lot of these and here is my
recommended set of replacement parts (ignore the quantities, this is enough
to replace everything in the machine):

Order from Digi-Key (800) 344-4539:
Qty Part # Description Price
(12-20) BER171-ND Heat Sink Pad (Transistor) $0.44
(4) BER144-ND Heat Sink Pad (Rectifier) $0.44
(4) GBPC3510GI-ND Bridge Rectifier 35A@1000V $4.20

Order from Mouser Electronics (800) 346-6873:
Qty Part # Description Price
(12-20) 526-NTE2319 NPN Transistor 15A@450V $6.71

Much good advice (especially on how to check the transistors) can be found at:

It is a common occurance. It's almost always the transistors on the heat
sinks that go bad and if one goes bad on a heat sink, you want to replace
them all (on that heat sink), especially if you don't have an exact
replacement that matches the others. Use the thermal pads instead of the old
silicone grease to eliminate the mess.

Good Luck,
