My first post here: Converting my mill - 10 of these questions a day?

Hi from me!
I would like to have some help on this one. As usual.
Here is the mill (and the 3 axis) I'm going to convert:

I'm going to start with only the X and Y axis and do the vertical
feeding by hand.
Any suggestions on steppermotors and drivers, etc.?
