Hi Babar,
There are 3 sources I have found so far.
I have not read any of these books.
#1, Dan has plans on his site, and photos. and would offer some
support if you had questions.

#2 Village press offers the book that I assume is an edited
compilation of the articles from Home shop machinest
many places to buy, $18.00 at village press if you can find the link.
