My guess is that you have not set up the right configuration for the
direction pins. You need to go back into the axis configuration menu in
Turbo CNC & check that what you have set there is correct. I have a working
TurboCNC "INI" file that definitely drives in both directions on all 3 axes
with a Xylotex card. If you still have problems, I can mail you it offline.

(I assume that you are using the Xylotex D25 ribbon cable/connector - if
not, the other possibility is that you have mis-connected the direction pins.)
