Hi Fozzyber,
I personally think the numbers are not as good as you could get.
to drive a stepper, you should shoot for between 10 and 20 times the
voltage, higher voltage being better. double voltage=twice the speed.
your 6.4 volts 'could' be pumped as high as 25 times before you reach
the point of no increase in speed. That said, a minimum of voltage
is about 5 times the nameplate. That means your minimum voltage
should be 32 volts for minimum performance.
The Xylotex can only handle 35V MAX, so that limits that combination
to minimal performance.
Using Gecko's, the limit is 70 volts, so if you were fortunate enough
to hit the 70volts on the mark, you are 10.9x nameplate.
More likely, a 48V transforer will yield 67.8 volts and that
combination offers 10.6x nameplate.
The amps is not in question.
The power on the other hand looks great.
