PCMCIA->USB (16 Bit) Adapters

I'm working on building an interface to Mariss's G2002 USB driver. My Sony
Notebook Computer offers 2 USB connectors, which is how I'm doing my current
development. However, I'd like to move that development over to my Compaq
1075 notebook. Except that the Compaq does not have any USB slots.
It offers two 16 bit PCMCIA slots. Does anyone know of a 16 bit PCMCIA card
that will host the USB? I've found several of these cards that require the
32 bit PCCard, but haven't come across any that use the 16 bit PCMCIA
interface.
Thanks in advance,
