Yes, the servo packs take single phase 230VAC input power. I'm not
sure if they would work properly on 115VAC, but even if they did you
would only be able to get about 1/2 of the rated motor RPM and thus
1/2 of the power. The 115VAC models are only available up to 300W.
You could always use a transformer for operation from 115VAC, but it
would be pretty large for a 3 axis system and would be at the limits
of the power available from a 15A/115VAC circuit.
